Don't Wash Chicken Meat The research conducted at North Carolina State University and the US Agricultural Department (USDA) warns against washing chicken's raw meat. If you wash it can increase the risk of bacterial contamination and dietary disorders for you. Some consumers wrongly think that by washing the meat they are removing the bacteria or conserving the meat but as a matter of fact certain   bacteria are so strongly attached to the meat it is impossible to wash them out even though they wash it several times.   Medically it has been found that Chicken meat contains cholera, fever and stools causing bacteria Campylobacter so when you touch the meet wash your hands properly.   Researchers say when you wash chicken meat the germs get on your hands so better way is to cook the meat directly.
