Your obesity or even somewhat overweight  puts you in danger of having a fatty liver that can lead to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) -one of the fastest growing forms of liver disease. To be safe from it weight loss can play an important part in helping to reduce liver fat.

Doing exercise consistently will  help you burn triglycerides for fuel and will  also reduce liver fat largely.

 6. Avoid  Drugs
Drugs like marijuana/hashish, cocaine (including crack), heroin, hallucinogens, inhalants, or prescription-type psychotherapeutics (pain relievers, tranquilizers, stimulants, and sedatives) used non-medically harm you liver so you better keep them at arm's length.

     7. Get vaccinated

Another best way for caring liver or getting it treated is to get vaccinated for hepatitis A and hepatitis B. Unfortunately, there’s no vaccine against the hepatitis C virus.

1  8. Drink Sufficient Water Daily

For healthy liver hydration is essential so drink  lot of water daily.
